Good value for authentic tea

Got the Jasmine Green Tea

Just wanted some good tea and decided to try Tea Rebellion. I picked up the Jasmine Green Tea and it's pretty nice. Tastes really fresh and not like those dusty bags you get at the grocery store. Great tea, some shipping confusion

Solid tea, minor packaging issue

I purchased some Rwandan Tea and a Tea Infuser. The tea itself is fantastic, very flavorful and you can tell it's good quality. The infuser is also well-made and easy to use. Shipping took the expected 5 business days, no surprises there. My only small criticism is that one of the tea tins had a slight dent in it when it arrived. It didn't affect the tea inside, but it was a little disappointing for a new item. Customer service was polite when I mentioned it, and while they didn't offer a replacement for a small dent, they acknowledged it. Overall, I'd still recommend them for the tea quality and fair direct trade practices, but they could improve on packaging robustness.

Oh my goodness, I just received my Matcha Powder and it is absolutely divine! The color is so vibrant and the taste is incredibly smooth, exactly what I was hoping for.
